I think it's fair to say that more wars have been fought over people crying for Christ than anything. Or is it?

I would say that the most crying has come from bitter Islamic radicals that can't seem to coexist peacefully with people of different faiths. Christians are taught by example to win the world over with love and good deed as opposed to the intolerant teachings of the Quran. It is a commonly argued that Christianity has done nothing to our world save pollute it with intolerance and hate, but pitted against Islam this is relatively untrue.

More violence, in past and present, has come from Islam than any other sect in the world.

So the question is which figure is deity and which is fantasy.

My vote? Jesus all the way. The reason is that peace and love are the most pure things in the world. At its base, Christianity is founded upon these, the most pure ideals that man has been given access to. Islam would rather play the role of the world's playgound bully. Believe what we say or we'll punish you.

Hey guys, what are your predictions for the game? SSKnight and I are off tommorrow for the game. I know hes rooting 100% for OSU, hes a huge fan, and I think I'm more motivated to root for them due to my dislike for the Florida team in general.

I have been a fan of OSU since the days of Eddie George, and my neighbor across the street is a HUGE fan. He will be broadcasting the game on the side of his house. :)

You guys remember the wide receiver that played for Ohio State, David Boston? I don't know where he went in the NFL, but he grew up in my neighborhood in Texas and my grandmother and his mother are good friends. I still run into Mrs. Boston everytime I go down there, and she always tells me she remembers when I was a little runt :P

I've never been a huge OSU fan, but I've never really been a fan of Florida, or many other SEC teams for that matter.

As I am having a party at my house with friends for this game, I have already called Ohio State just to make the night interesting :) Don't really like Ohio State but I hate Florida so I guess its the better of two evils :) And it will be fun to get the die hard Florida fans going.

David Boston was drafted byt he Arizona Cardinals, played 1 season in San Diego, and is currently with the Dolphins.

The SEC bowl games didn't pan out the way I thought they would this year.

I honestly thought the Tennessee game might be different, but I had no idea that Wisconsin would've beaten Arksansas. I pretty much assumed LSU would win their game, though. I didn't expect Auburn/Nebraska to turn out like that, and I didn't expect Kentucky to win.

Oh wow. How about that Heisman trophy winner QB? How did he win anyway? That was probably one of the most boring championship games I have seen in years. What a letdown for Ohio State after the 2003 Championship game. They just got schooled in how to play football.

Yeah, I wouldn't say it was boring, it was frustrating watching Troy Smith get continually shut down! The first 16 seconds, they had everyone fooled - then it was reverse, total domination on Florida's part. I wish it would have been a closer game, though, regardless of who won.

and yea it was frustrating watching Troy Smith continuously shut down and the guy that commenced the ass kick (Ginn Jr.) get hurt in the first quarter

I know it sounds like I'm a sore loser but I hate Florida and they're too damn cocky :thumbdown:
