Good Place to Buy Auto Paint

I'm looking for some Frost White paint, I've looked at Nasons website online, but am looking to pick it up cheaper than what they have listed. Anyone have any websites they can lead me too?

nason is duponts entry level paint still good paint though if you are gonna get nason clear too get their nason select clear 498-00 its a 2k urethane clear will hold up really well. its the same clear i put on mr coupes car and i alson use it at work too

Is there a big difference between spraying urethane clear and acrylic enamel clear dave? Also any benefits to either of them

.... and that motherfucker was reflective as shit! I could barely shoot it because of that shit! I pointed a flash at it and damn near blinded myself. DAMN YOU, COUNTRY DAVE!!!!

yeah a urethane clear will stay a lil softer then an acrylic clear which makes it less likely to chip from rocks. i prefer to spray urethane its a lil easier to spray lays down better

basecoat and activator for bascoat
clearcoat and activator for clearcoat.
make sure you get low temp activator for clear and base
should take a gallon of base and gallon of clear to do your car

i believe it can go over acrylic and urethane products if i'm not mistaken...

We used PPG (from Auto Color Supply) on my Bettle. a quart of Ruby Red Rearl only ran me about 50 bucks... But it didn't cover very much but looks amazing!!!

Most pearls don't cover very well because they are transparent. Because they are usually abou 75 to 85 percent binders. Did you spray a grey sealer down first before spraying the red? If not then that one of the reasons it didn't cover very well.

Not a fan of Nason too much, but theyre not bad. Colormatch is down the street from Karma, they can help you out up there.

Its just as good as chromabase or chromaone. Just their entry level paint. I could paint a car with both of them and you could never tell the diff. I painted my cousins truck with nason fulbase and nason select clear 6 yrs ago and still looks like it did when I painted it. And he dailys the truck

Truth, I have been watching this local guy paint a Tiburon outside his place.

Turns out he used Nason products.

It looks better than most cars do when they come off assembly, I was amazed.

i buy all my shit from oreillys. ive always used chromabase w/ the dupont basemaker. and nason clear with nason activator. works great.
