Yeah this is from the end of this past season. It was a great battle until the end. The Porsche deserved to get bumped, he chopped off the vette a couple times and was obviously the slower car. Mags and Burgmeister are both great drivers but Burgmeister went too far. A little rub or nudge is one thing but squeezing someone out against a wall is unacceptable.

The vette did not ask for it. The porsche asked for it for laps. The vette gave him some and the porsche was butthurt about it and took it way too far.

yeah that was a bs move on the porche forsure, he even checked up way to hard in the final turn regaurdless if the vette was goin to bump him or not.....was there any kind of penalty emplied

They both got a two race suspension. Since that was the last round of 09, they are out of the first two this year.

They were put on probation not suspended. They get to race, but if they don't race clean for the 1st two races of 2010 then they will be suspended:
