i know theres still a couple of TBA's in the comp schedule, but i promise everything will be all buttoned up very soon. this is what we've got so far. now this doesn't include the Formula D events we may be attending along with the other events like ClubFR, Club Loose, and hopefully a TNDrift event or two. we'll be everywhere this season and i hope to see some of you dudes out there with us!

just cheking in to keep you guys posted, Round 1 at Kilkare is right around the corner. if youve never been to the track, believe me when i say it makes men out of boys... Boyz II Men if you will... er anyway... so if you have been to Kilkare, you know how rad this track is and how much fun you'll have.

theres gonna be great media coverage and so much seat time, im willing to bet you'll run out of tires before you run out of time.

not to mention the partying that ensues after the event, last year at Street Life Tour, shit got real.

the 2010 NOS Energy Drink/Midwest Drift Union Series is officially a Formula D Pro Am Competition Series.
the overall winner of the series will be awarded a Formula D license and 2nd - 5th place season finishers will be invited to drive at the Formula D Pro Am Nationals at the end of the year.

yea, in a sense it does. our round 1 was on the same day as Formula D in Atlanta last year as well. but in all reality, especially from a driver's point of view, its not all that terrible. i mean, driving > spectating ;) but yea, until i got this involved with the midwest, i was always at FD in Atlanta when i was living in Nashville.
cool thing about our Round 2 event is A.) its at ORP and the track is dope as fuck, and 2.) its during the Winged Warrior charity event and theres gonna be so much motorsport manly-ness taking place that weekend. i'm REALLY excited for that event and we've got some good friends from Club FR and maybe a couple of our Risky Devil brothers coming down to tear this city down.

anyway, we've got plenty of events all year and if you go to Formula D in Atlanta, get wild for two of my east coast bro's John Wagner and B-Rad Hettinger. this season's gonna be a good one for both of them.

well im sitting at work still feeling hung over from this past weekend from Round 1. Kil-Kare is now called Kill-Car due to how many of our top drivers biffed the wall this time around. however, everyone was able to band-aid their shit up enough to get back out on the track.
it was a huge success with tons of speed and smoke along with unreal tandems and incredible judging and a couple of Formula D driver appearances.
we shut some poor, unsuspecting club down after the event right outside of Dayton and made sure we left our mark on that filthy little town Saturday night.

now its time for Round 2 here in Indy at ORP for the Winged Warrior charity event for Riley Kids Hospital. we've got some Risky Devil dudes coming down for the event along with a nice venue reserved already for a rock n roll after party. get your shit together and come on out!

i was talking with (taking shots with) a couple of dudes from down there who came out this past weekend and TNDrift came up. hope all is well with you dudes and that your season is off to a good start.

ok bro's and ho's, just an update.
Round 2 is this weekend here at ORP in Indy and its gonna be one rad day of battles. our buddies from Risky Devil and ClubFR are coming down to see what all they can fuck up with us.
i know a few of my bro's down there in Nashville plan on coming up this weekend, as well as the man with the cam, Chad Lunn. so if any of you other dudes arent going to FD Atlanta and you feel like getting out of that water hole that was once Nashville, come on up for MDU Round 2 and make sure you get at me so i can get you on our list for this ridiculous after party we have planned downtown indy!

another quick update, our Round 3 is this coming weekend because family cookouts and shit are lame. we'll be having our 2 day shit show at what we consider to be "the home of Drift Indy", the Indianapolis Speedrome. saturday is practice, quals, and comp then sunday is anything goes funday. we'll be demo'ing during the saturday night redneck roundtrack festivities as well. check our site for details if anyone else on here is over bullshit get togethers for independence day. MDU is cooler than your crazy uncle and drunk grandmother. and the Drift Indy staff is even cooler.
