Acutally a steering stabilizer would help it would prevent it from doing a tank slap it makes the steering more stiffer thous when he hit the deer the wheel did move but not enough to loose control. A stabilizer reduce's head shake and stablize the steering....The steering will be a lot tighter and way more stable if you hit a pot hole or high wind with one. thats why he didnt wreck and yes he did have some luck
