i was gonna do the v8 swap but was gonna cost me around 5500 to 6k so i threw that idea on the back burner for now. and settle for a little cheaper plan.

removing it would be a pita because youd have to get new cams for it to run properly, or swap an s13 head. if his didnt work right it was in the wiring somewhere.

just got her home about 1hr ago. went ahead and broke the trans away from the motor and find a nismo unsprung hub clutch and nismo pressureplate in there..... looks like its got about 1/2 of its life left.

nah motor is in excellent shape. was a little worried when i pulled the valve cover off of it looked like it had had water in it. so i did a compression check and leakdown test and everything test out ok. its already got some rocker arm stoppers in it so i dont have to buy those.
