my new toy!

so i picked up this today!
and i have to say...im in love with this bike already!
its a 2004 suzuki gsxr600
its been wrecked before...
but its got every reciept for everything they bought for it...
and in the wreck what cause it to be a "salvage" title is the scratch on the frame from where the gas tank BARELY touched it...its passed all inspections and is absolutly a blast to ride...now its my first bike so im learning all the basics now...but heres the only pic i have...i need the fairings painted but other than that RIDE ON!
and i got it on the cheap cheap.

i was looking into that bike also but 4000 seemed to high for me with it being a salvage title, but other than that i like it.

Nice. I remember my first experience on a 600, i was like this thing is crazy fast.

It's cool to ride spring and fall but during the summer sitting in traffic with jacket on, it's unbearable!

No it wasn't a stunt bike. It lowered like 3inches...it was this guys wides bike...and she wrecked it after only putting 300mi on lol. But I like the cage...i like the way it looks..

either raise the bike to stock height or take the cage off.. makes no sense to me.. cage is for stunting and to attempt stunting a lowered bike is retarted. the end... congrats on the bike though

Yeah the cage is off and I can finally get a good lean...but I found out my high beams light doesn't work...and I changed the light...any ideas?

But the only reason it was toatled is because the gas tank touched the frame BARELY...and I've taken it apart and everything looks exactly like it did from factory.

Good, glad to hear you fixed everything and wanna put it back to stock height. I say don't stretch it and ride the piss out of some twisties. Much more fun than cruising on an interstate or through downtown trying to look cool.
