Be careful...it will delete all the information on your computer and start it just like the day you bought it. I wouldn't recommend this unless you really know what your doing since you will have to reinstall everything. Trying using a program like Spysweeper or something of the same nature and see if it fixes your problem

A few Spyware/Malware/Virus scrubbing programs I use are Windows Defender, CCleaner, and SpywareBlaster.
Look into it.

why don't you just renew the subscription to the expensive ass anti-virus software you bought?or you can just download a free anti virus software like AVG. That's what i recommend to people/clients/customers who don't want to pay for the software and it works pretty good. btw just having the anti virus program doesn't do you any good if you don't perform a scan at least once a week to make sure any of your files aren't infected. Also updating your computer helps keep this stuff from happening too.

lol damn dude which OS (operating system) do you have? if you have windows just click on start go to control panel and click on add/remove programs and find the program you want to remove and click remove. your best bet would be to find someone who is close to you that is good with computers to help you out at your place.

If ya live close enough, you could swing it by my place I can have it fixed and rarin to go in no time
Yeah, just remove any remnants of other anti-virus and anti-spyware/adware programs and install AVG Free Edition 8.0, Lavasoft Ad-Aware 2008 Free, and Spybot Search & Destroy. Run FULL scans with each. Make sure each is up to date before running them. If it still doesn't run straight afterwords, you may need to do a full format and reinstall of Windows. You need to back up any files you want to keep and get to it.

i would recommend you to take it to your local professional computer shop/place because I can't give you good enough tech supposed over the internet to know exactly what you're doing. I can tell you to do something but you can go off and do something else that can cause more problems to your computer. If you were closer to me I would fix it for you, but for a price because it's my job. I wish I could be of more help to you but all I can do from here is just give you tips and advice. Good luck with getting it fixed.

you should have known what looking at all that porn was goinn to do....shame shame.
Just some advice, try Avast home edition. It is free, and works very good, I actually haven't found anything better. I too work on computers a lot. www.avast.com download the free home edition, register for it free. Run it and click the button for a boot up scan. If that doesn't fix your problems, when it comes to viruses atleast, then you should just have someone reformat it for you, but remember to back up your data. Any questions or anything at all I'm here and will try to help.
