April 2010 ROTM Nominations

since we didnt have March '10 ROTM, nominations will be open for two weeks, then we will have a week of voting - if the leader does not have >30% of the votes, there will be a run-off vote

Post your nominations for April's Ride of the Month here ... Note that some of the rules have changed:

DO NOT NOMINATE ANYONE THAT'S ALREADY BEEN NOMINATED (no "x2" posts or anything)
POST AN 800x600 (or similar) PICTURE OF THE NOMINEE WITH YOUR NOMINATION
Nominee must have 200+ Posts
Cannot nominate anyone that's been ROTM in the past 6 months
Cannot self-nominate - this will remove you from the listing, even if someone else nominates you
Nominee must have 3-5 high res pictures including the one you post with the nomination

All BS will be deleted ... let the nom nom nominations begin!

now im not just nominating country daves c10 cause he said something, i was thinkin about it after the last nomination cause it is clean as hell! and because it i could restore anything it would be a 1967-72 chevy c10. i love them! here is one of the pictures i got off his myspace, kinda crappy quality but if anyone else knows where any other picture are, post them for me.

I think the self nomination rule is stupid. Why not vote for your own car/truck if it's reasonable? i.e.(not a worn out piece of crap) Race cars don't apply to that rule of course. But, I mean some people haven't seen all of our rides and it kind of gives those who want to, to post up there rides and see what people think. I mean hell, if the members don't like it, they WON'T vote for it. I for one think Dave's c10 was a great choice regardless.

it has nothing to do with voting for yourself, you just cant nominate yourself ... thats the whole point of nominations

there are plenty of chances to see everyone's car throughout the forum, and if someone's car isnt seen thats because they choose not to share pictures of it

I wish Countydave's C10 could stay, and I don't even like lowered trucks much. It would make for one of the best ROTM contests in a long time. Very nice vehicles in here so far. Except Dee's rollerskate.
