This will be a Lemons/ChumpCar type event. 500.00 cars. This will be a door to door racing event at Nashville Super Speedway. Proceeds will go to the charity.

PRICE
Our race will be based on the other series 500 dollar car safety rules. We are having our race when there is no other race going on in the south so not to compete with other events.
Our race is to bring out the backyard engineer in all of you. Homemade parts "labor" will not count towards the cost or modification of the parts. But material used will. Proceeds will go to the charity.

Entry fee will be $1200.00per team 4-6 driver teams
NASCAR Garages will be 150 each 1st come 1st serve
Camping will be $40 for primitive and $65 for RV parking in the infield.
gate for spectators will be $10 dollars a day or $25 for all three days under 12 free.
Winning pay out: First Place $ 2000.00
Second place $ 1000.00
Least likely to finish $ 500.00

We are not crushing any cars. We will award laps if you cheat. If you blatantly cheat your car will be claimed for the $500.00. It will be auctioned off and the money will go to YOUR choice of Charity's in the Nashville area.. You can bid on your own car. You will have 30 min to remove safety items from the car. Car must run to the auction block. We do not want to claim any cars so don't cheat.

Gates open 10am July 9thfor practice and tech. (friday practice $150 for all day)
July 10th: Race begins 8am-8pm
Claimed car auction 8:15pm(winners circle)
Live Music/DJ 8:30 pm -12am(winners circle) Luau Theme dress...
July 11th: Race begins 8am-Checkered Flag 4pm

We have added a MODIFIED class to the race. Run WhatCHA BRUNG!! Road racing!! We will run the $500 cars with the modified cars.

"race" cars will.. And yes Ive had requests to let track cars run. Enough to add it... At the ChumpCar race this weekend we had NO car on car wrecks bumps or anything. The winning car was cutting 1:15 laps... It should be a fun day. Hope to see you there!

how is this going to work for the true $500 cars? Yes the Benz turned a hell of a lap at the end. I think u will have less of the $500 cars there for a event like this. Whats the chance of them winning? Will u have a seperate Payout.
During both Chump event car count was exstremly low from 8 to 6 cars by end day . So alot less traffic to contend with. Know u add Unlimited to the mix, i can see alot of rubbing going on and i know for sure I wont fell bad at all trading paint of my $500 car. Hope the other guy will fell that way.

basically need a bettert clairification on how this will work..dont have that info on ur sit either.

The $500 cars will run their own race. And the modified run their own race. Just like when Gt cars run with the prototypes at daytona and other races. I dont think we had any rubbing during the chumpcar that I heard of. At CMP when we do lemons there was 66 cars with no "major" incidents. 120 in the fall... But this is a race not a car show. Accidents can and will happen from time to time. You do not have to run the fastest laps to win, just the most laps. its a game of endurance and reliability. If you realy want to break it down to money wise. You cant go to a track day and race for 4 hrs. wheel to wheel for 200 bucks.

But to address the "rubbing" Just dont do it. There is no need for a modified car and a stocker to be racing. We will mark the cars so you will know the difference between them. I hope I have helped. Just trying to get something started in our area.
