I enjoyed watching the Celtics beat the Magic on their home court today. I think Dwight Howard is one of the most overrated guys at his position, and he showed it today with a horrible performance. Also can't stand their coach Stan Van Gundy.


Ready for my Lakers to kick some Phoenix ass tomorrow night, and before I get called a bandwagon fan by everyone, I been a Lakers fan since I was 7. I grew up watching Magic Johnson dominate the court, that's why I'm a Lakers fan.

I wouldnt exactly call them 'tragic'.. I would be willing to bet, no one expected Orlando to make it to game 6, hell I didnt even expect them to make it past game 4 (before the series started) and alot of people I know had the same thought.. I REALLY didnt expect them to whoop the celtics ass in game 5 (yes, IMO losing 21 pts to a team you were beating 3-0 in a series is an ass whooping).. Tonight was go big or go home for the Celtics because they werent about to beat the magic in orlando in game 7 (if Orlando had won tonight)..

sorry, but Dwight Howard has the LeBron syndrome. can't win the big one, and never will either. All season long we have to listen to how great he is, and then in the playoffs he's like Poof the Magic Dragon (poooof as in GONE). those 2 are the most overrated players in the NBA and every year in the post season, we get to see why.

Thats why you see Lakers and Boston in it every other year.. They have plenty of people on their teams that can shoot and play defense.. You dont see one man teams going to the finals and you never will..

seriously??? they have J.J. Redick, Jameer Nelson, Dwight Howard, Rashaad Lewis, and Vince Carter, and you think Howard just makes up the whole team? Orlando has tons of talent surrounding Howard to get the job done. It's a plain fact that when you look at the 2 previous post-seasons, and you compare Howards numbers in the post-season, his production drops tremendously from the regular season.

Orlando can shoot from outside the arc, hit inside the paint, but when your star player doesn't show up when it counts, you can expect the result that the Magic got AGAIN.

Out of what I typed, how did you come up with the conclusion that Howard makes up the whole team? I never said that or inferred it.. I said you never see one man teams going to the finals (seeing as how last year Orlando went to the finals would exclude them from being a one man team)..

You cant push the blame of a team losing on one person just because one person doesnt perform to his fullest.. That one person didnt lose, the whole team did.. Orlando is a damn good team.. This last series has shown it with giving Boston a tough run..

Every time I watch the Lakers play, the more I hate Kobe Bryant but with respect as he is the most complete player in the NBA right now. If the Celtics can't be just as physically aggressive as the Lakers, the Celtics won't have a chance in winning this series at all, none.
