Lexol for the seats. Morel (heh heh), Focal, JL, Boston Acoustic for the speakers. These are in order of best to good. If you're doing this, you may want to consider a small 4 channel amp to help push them.

ELABORATE! Haha
If you really want to treat your leather and make it feel soft again. get Leatherique. Its AMAZING! I used it on the M and it made the leather clean and soft as hell. Its a bit pricey tho but i think its totally worth it. And o yea, never use armor all on anything...unless its the tire shine crap... ;)
Speaker...hmmm lots of people like to use BSW for mids and highs. Try that. I personally used Polk Audio but then again I really dont care too much about that...

In the several grades of leather, BMW uses some of the thinnest. It is a good quality leather, though it is stretched to get the most out of a single hide. Whereas higher grades are often thicker. You can find higher grade leather in things like Mercedes, Bentleys, Ferraris and fine furniture. European leather is generally preferred because Europe does not use barbed wire, whereas American cattle are kept in bounds by barbed wire. This punctures and scars the hide and makes it less valuable.

I have always used Meguire's Gold Class and its does the job for me.
As far as speakers. I like the Boston Acoustic line up.

I agree to these as Lexol is good to an extent, and Ive never used the Gold class.
A few different things that you could use to clean and treat leather are:
Leatherique : very pricey and takes 24-48 hours of Dwell time plus 15-20 min of cleaning after that. ( but it is the best and will make the leather VERY soft and Very smooth) I just got an order in of this stuff. I cant wait to try it out on a customer car. you can see a write up review here
The Leatherique kit (http://www.detailedimage.com/wax.php?id=7495&url=detailedimage.com/DI-Packages-M29/Leather-Care-16oz-P360/)
Leatherique Leather Care How-To (http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-Pro/leatherique-leather-care-how-to/)
Lexol: It is good but there have been times were it isn't strong enough.
You can get it at walmart for the best deal. and the Lexol conditioner.
Woolite detergent: You can dilute the woolite to clean delicate fabrics and leather, This is even on the Cadillac tags of the seats, just google the dilution ratio.
any APC(all purpose cleaner) any type of APC will work to an extent, some stains might not be removed all the way, such as Blue jean dye transfer. thats were leatherique comes into play.

Honestly, I wouldn't even go with the two in the back if it's on a rear deck, unless you're using a midbass of some kind (6" or 8" sub). You'll want the high and mid frequencies in front to set a proper sound stage due to those being directional. I had a set of JL XR650s in the front doors in my old car and loved them. They don't make them anymore, but the ones that took it's place sound really good. Check out HiFi Buys. They'll let you take a listen to all of them.
