What would you guys think about me painting my chrome wheels black and leaving the chrome lip. I have all my lights blacked out also. ALSO If anyone has some p45r's or any other bad ass looking wheels with tires i'd love to trade;) mine are 17's with brand new tires 245/45/17

i've thought about that too but i'm not so sure yet. I'm putting my intercooler and piping on today and it's going to be 2 polished pipes and the core sticking out the front.

Not a big fan of the black rims with chrome lip. It kinda looks girly to me :mamoru:. But if you go all black, :ph34r:, I would think it would look nice. But it would be smarter to get actual black rims instead of painting the ones ya got. You could buy the black rims that will look perfect, and if ya like them, sell the chrome ones and get your money back. Too easy. If you don't like the black ones, but the chrome ones back on and sell the black ones for a profit to get some money for your labor. Hell. Thats what I would do. The chrome lip reminds me too much of the old "Beauty Rings" and seeing as how most girly cars in the 90's came with "Beauty Rings" I can't help but to think If I saw your car driving down the road with a chrome lip I would say to myself "She probably doesn't even know how to drive that car!" Until I realized it was a guy driving.

To clear up hover and AutoLuxury's questions/concerns about my life
-My Altima does not have a "body kit". It has an aftermarket front bumper purchased after my oem bumper was punched through with a trailer hitch at my friend's apartment.
In my opinion the 02-04 Altima front bumper isn't beefy enough for the rest of the car. I would have gladly replaced it with an 05-06 bumper, but that would require an 05-06 hood and headlights. I chose the one I did because I liked the look, and it's made out of poly urethane not fiberglass.
-I own a computer, hence me saying "my computer's on screen keyboard is a pos".
-I also have two fully functioning hands. This does not however mean I care enough to walk to the other side of the room and move the keyboard in order to avoid leaving the letter U out of "buy"
-As far as "start posting your dumb cunt", I'll be sure to work on that.

ha yea i did that because my wheels were flat white and ugly. i had some gold rota circuit 8's at the time with no tires. so i rocked those. but i traded the circuit 8's for group n's and those were black with red stripe. i stripped them and painted them lime green.
