Hey there,

My name is Blane and I work for Holley Performance Products. I've been a forum member for quite some time now and still frequent the forum when I can.

First of all, if there is any problem with me posting here because I'm not a site sponsor, please just PM me and I'll take care of that asap.

What I'm looking for is a couple of experienced drifters that have LS powered cars that would be interested in performing at our Inaugural LS Fest here in Bowling Green, KY at Beech Bend Raceway. More information on the event can be found at www.lsfest.com.

I have been given the responsibility to set up a small drift performance to take place during our event. This will most definitely be a place to get your name out there and represent the sport. It doesn't matter what your engine is in, from 240SX to RX7 to Miata, to domestic, whatever it's in will do as long as the performance is entertaining (given it's an LS series engine).

The event takes place September 10-12th and the drifting would take place around the oval track and on the inside of the course where the autocross will have taken place. Check the site and see for yourself, but there are various national media publications that are committed to coming to this event. Who doesn't wanna get published or put on the tube right?

Incentives most definitely apply. You can PM me for details but to be honest the best form of communication for me would be my email or by phone, both are listed below:

Cell: 270-392-9992

Email: blaneburnett@holley.com

If anyone knows of anyone and can provide a phone number or email, just some form of contact that would be extremely helpful and I could perhaps facilitate free tickets to the event if it all works out.

Check out the site at www.lsfest.com

Does it need to be local? I know a couple of extremely well built cars that are very competitive on a national level in XDC. They're in Texas. There are plenty more here, too - everybody in Texas has an LS1 in their drift car.

Stew Leask / LS1 240SX

These guys are more local:

They have an LS6 350Z Drift Car I believe. They're in Georgia.

Try the tractionoptional or SEDA guys, too. I know there are many LS powered drift cars around.

It does NOT matter where they are located. There is definitely compensation for those who can make the commitment on such short notice, given that they can provide me with some video as a resume of what they have to offer.

Ventolin, thanks for the heads up, do you have contact information for this gentleman of drift?

and do you know any of battleground personally? I think I got photos of them at Import Alliance while I was there. They were pretty good.

Thanks SO much for the quick responses everyone. This has helped out extremely. I've been in contact with Barry from Tennessee Drift and he is working with me so far.

Nonetheless, keep the ideas coming. Track One's site looks good and come to think of it I believe I saw their cars at Import Alliance (front of pit lane they had a tent at least). They were good!
