Looks good but why the flexible area after the sensor? I would think it would benefit to replace that as well?

Ya, the tube is massive (overkill much?), I dunno why they don't replace that other piece also. Oh well.

The better question is how much? Not trying to be an asshole or anything. Did you get a deal on it, or is it used? Dinan stuff is nice, but ridiculously expensive. A few of my friends drive higher end Beemers so I've done part shopping w/them before.
Otherwise, congrats.

Well, this is the 2nd Dinan part I have, so $1200 for the intake manifold and $499 for the intake.

Re-dyno it? Or gets a tune on that mother :D
EDIT:
Weird that there is no Shark Injector for your car.

Yup, there has been a lot of talking about one getting made, but it seems no one has gotten around to it. I wouldn't mind going with a stroker kit though :)

^^
Lol there is a 3.4 stroker kit out for my car, but what a waste.
There is supposed to be something called a Shark Edit coming out that will work with my
car, but I would rather have something easy like all the others and just have to plug in into
my OBD-II port. My ECU would read as me having a tune though :( I need one.
The E39 M5 shows pretty good gains with the Shark Injector as do most of the others.

Its really weird that they do not have it, but I was reading an installation manual and it had
the E39 540i in it and E38 740i
