Looks good man... about $130 gets you a new windsheild installed most places. Just do that before you get wheels :thumbup:

Take the lip off sand it, paint it with black trim paint, fit it back on sit it actually fits.

Man that thing needs some TLC! I'm not sure i've ever seen an SIR lip on a 99-00 bumper before. If you painted it and got it to fit better, it just might look pretty good. And damn is that thing begging for a set of wheels!!!

ha yeah i know, the lip was on there when i bought the car
and i really havn't felt like dealing with it.
