150k miles.
everything works.
paint isint too bad.
winshield is cracked but already got another one.
and needs new tires btu it was a good price.

TD05 is just the housing name. It could have a stock 14B wheel or a 16G wheel. Your car has the wrong bumper on it. That's either a '90 GS Turbo bumper or a 90-91 NA bumper. Does it still have the duct for the intercooler, or does it just have no foglights and use that to feed the intercooler air? I'm guessing that car was also originally a Talon, since I doubt someone would go through the trouble of swapping the spoiler that wraps to the mirrors. Not that it matters, just an observation. I bet it's a fun car.

With proper maintenance they can be used as a daily, the problem is, punk ass kids buy them because they are cheap, run the hell out of them, then sell them. Its hard to find one that hasn't been abused, but when you do they are incredible. i would prefer to have something other than the Talon as my daily but it works, and has never left me on the side of the road in 2+ years.

i got lucky when i got my spyder a few weeks ago. bone stock with <120k. the guy who had it just liked that it was convertible and wanted something with better gas mileage. it is by far the biggest gem of a turbo eclipse i have ever had.

to the op, if you have a 16g on there, :thumbup: . its what i had on my talon and its a fantastic turbo. before you start modding it though, i would highly recommend doing every bit of maintenance possible.

just changed today all rotors and pads cleaned everything up brake wise.
and tomorrow cleaning outside and few motor issues.
ordereing new lifters this week.
cause the bastards are ticking FTL!

Yeah I haven't been stock for quite a while, when I get another dd I plan on building the shit out of this car, looking for mid to low 10's when its all said and done. Obviously not on this turbo but my plans shall stay fairly under wraps until the build is complete.
As far as reliability goes, you prob do have me there, although I must say, of all the dsm's I've owned this has by far been the most reliable.
I eat,sleep, and breathe mitsu, have for quite some time and I wouldn't have it any other way. But I respect anyone who has an appreciation for cars, as that is really why we are all here.

Look at the VIN. It probably starts with "4E" and not "4A", which would signify it started out as a Talon. Like I said, it doesn't really matter. Mechanically, they're identical. That's just a Talon spoiler. The Eclipse one doesn't come as far forward, like below:

I understand it's all wheel drive. It's just supposed to have a different bumper. I was implying that the bumper has been changed, not that it wasn't AWD. It should have a bumper like this:
