Write a short review (at least 3 legit sentences about the movie, what you liked or didn't like about it, what could have been done better, and give it a rating between 1 and 5, 1 being the worst, 5 being the best). It can be good, bad, indifferent, about the plot, the acting, choice of actors, etc.
It's ok if you post a review about a movie someone else already did, but try to pick something that hasn't been done if you can.
Unthinkable - w/ Samuel L. Jackson
I watched this movie last night and I loved it, thought it was very graphic in how they depicted the torture of an Islamic Militant who declared jihad against America and placed some nukes in different locations. Movie seemed realistic and seemed to follow the "agenda" of what some real terrorists have experienced in Guantanamo Bay Cuba, but this movie definitely went above and beyond that, as the interrogator used "any means" necessary to extract the information of the whereabouts of the bombs. The movie will definitely make you cringe, but I think it's definitely a good indicator of how terrorists should be dealt with. Samuel L. Jackson is definitely a good actor as always.

The Devil's Rejects (2005) Directed By Rob Zombie
I wasn't expecting much from what was described to me as 'an indirect sequel' to House Of A Thousand Corpses, but I must say, I was well impressed!
I've never actually seen a movie that makes you -hate- the main characters (who also happen to be the villains in this film) so much, but by the end of the movie, you sympathize them, and want them to get their revenge.
Sid Haig did an AWESOME job as Captain Spaulding, a clown/serial killer on the lose. Just watch this scene, and you'll know what I'm talking about.

The soundtrack is, and I'm not kidding, f***ing phenomenal. Any movie that has the opening credits set to 'Midnight Rider' by The Allman Brother's Band goes WAY up in my books. It was great (but kind of odd) seeing a Rob Zombie film filled with classic rock.
I couldn't tell you why it took me so long to watch this, because this is (in my opinion) Rob Zombie's BEST film. It's honestly very hard
I give it a 4/5. great film, but because it was so low-budget, and the casting wasn't all that great, it's no wheres close to Oscar-worthy.

Grown Ups (2010)
My expectations for this one were, in all honesty, not that high before I placed it in my Xbox. Sure, I liked all the cast (David Spade, Kevin James, Adam Sandler, Rob Schnider and Chirs Rock) from all their previous works but usually when movies bring together a large group of comedy stars, the plot tanks and it seems to end in a tug-of-war between the actors.
Not this one. It was hilarious! I seriously was laughing at virtually every moment. Each actor played such a vital character that no one was stuck in the center stage. The plot was simple enough that it didn't ruin what the main purpose of the movie was: a refreshing classic comedy. It was almost borderline 90's comedy in its ways which was nice.
If you want a simple laugh that will actually entertain you, pick this one up. Each actor did a wonderful job.

The Mechanic
Expected a typical Jason Statham movie and that's what I got. Great action. Silly one-liners. Statham's character getting beat half-to-death but still saving the day.
I rate it a 4 out of 5 (within it's genre). Almost as good as The Transporter

Black Swan
Yes it's a ballet movie but a very dark movie. It's really not a chick flick it's a great thriller that had me guessing through out the whole thing and I really enjoyed it. The message of the movie is nice too.

Legend of The Guardians
It's the fighting owl movie for those that don't know. Watched it with my gf and her little girl. It was a decent movie, but it was actually kind of dark for a PG cartoon meant for the family. There was a lot of anger/hate, fighting, death, and double crossing. Yes, the good guys win, but it is still not something I would really advise anybody with small children to rent. It is definitely not a movie I would advise a grown person to rent on their own. Honestly, between the PG cartoon and the dark side of the movie, I think any sort of crowd is lost.
2.5/5
