New NASA Region in our Backyard

I just found out NASA has now established a NASA-Mid South region which will be concentrating on events in our backyard (TGP, NSS, Barber, Memphis Motorsports Park) were all listed. First event is at TGP early April.

This is good news for anyone (like me) whos is working up through the DE ranks with NASA trying to get TT ready in a year or two.

Lol, I don't know how they're going to hold a NASA-size event at TGP...but that probably won't stop me from going since it's so close. It doesn't look like they have their own site up at this point with a schedule.

If you look, no TT no PT, just HPDE and Instructor School.

I think they're trying to get their worker base built up and see what kind of turn out. It's going to be nice having NASA here. $249 for a weekend isn't bad.

Yeah, Even 10-15 cars on track gets kinda crowded down there though. Good news is there's nothing to hit if you do run out of room.

I see on the NASA board that NSS will be October 1-2. Putting that one on the calendar.

I probably won't make that event. They aren't running any TT sessions, only HPDE.

2001 F-250 2wd 4-door 7.3 diesel. Has 125k on it and has been dead reliable. Gas milage is another story tho.....

Its awful. Im lucky if I get 14-15 on the highway, not pulling anything. I think something is up with mine tho, because most report better then that.
