Title for bike [Archive]

Anyone have any idea how to get a title for a bike when you lost contact with last registered owner? Owner relocated and bike was bought before he left state since he had no option but to sell. Title never showed up, 9 years later, here I am. Could use some help.
Its an 86 Radian...

Had a buddy get scammed by a title service, are they pretty reliable?

I bought a bike from a guy in nashville who failed to deliver on a title (actually, bold faced lied to me about the way things work in TN, as I am from KY). He then left the country. Bennett got my title. My dad used the company for several years when he was a dealer.

Thanks for the suggestion.
It is saying I need a tow statement, not sure why that would be needed.

Like he said^^. Had the same issue and they charged me 25 bucks for a cbr600. Good luck

whats with the tow statement tho? its at my house...
