Okay so I came across something really good on craigslist while I was just browsing yesterday morning and though to myself I can do somehing really fun with that.. so heres what I got.

84 Honda Interceptor VF500F

*Freshly rebuilt motor with heads from a 86 VF500F that allow for more oil flow to he cams.
*Brand new clutch & front & rear brakes.
*Fully custom 4-1 exhaust with yoshimura slip on muffler
*6k Hid headlight
*& Brand new tires not yet installed

Went to see the bike in person yesterday & it is in absolute showroom floor condition & had alot more power to it than I thought, and all they guy wants to trade for it is my old 2008 13 inch macbook pro that I haven't used in forever. :) STEAL!

Anyways I'l be going back to pick it up here in just a few but before I do that I thought I'd give you guys a quick preview of my ideas on what I got planned for it....

My plans are to build a custom streetfighter bike with custom gauges, custom front end, chop off the rear end and replace with a r6 or gsx-r style rear end, 8in. extended swingarm, & a wider tire for the rear.

What cha think?

Take off the hid. It'll burn that rectifier up. And those aren't easy to find.

Nice bike, but is a fat tire and a stretched swing arm really necessary? It's a 500 man.

I had a 93 VFR750F. It was a fun bike.

Oh that'll definately come off and be getting replaced with something with a little less wattage..

And maybe not an 8 in. swingarm but prob a 6in. and yes it's definitely getting some wider tires cause these skinny ass 3in. wide things are crap.. those are just going to get a standard size 5.
