Well recently I acquired a 2003 Honda Rebel 250 with only 54 miles. The guy who had it said there were carb problems and then proceeded to take tings apart and ultimately forgot how they went back together. I have put the bike back together but still have yet to fix the carb and I'm not real sure of how the fuel lines and vacuum lines run.

Anyone know anything about the Honda Rebel? Any insight on where to find a shop manual etc?

I would recommend you to my bike mechanic but you're in Memphis.

Cool pick up..

Get a Clymer manual or a OEM manual, it will have all the info in it.. They are like 25 bucks.

LOL!!! My brother has a 2001 HONDA REBEL..

I took his bike fully apart and put it all back together!!

I know how to work on the CARBURATOR.. ITS REAL EASY!!!

Take the carb out, take the bottom off (4 screws), you got the Float bowl-theres a pin in it to hold it in, push the pin out and float bowl comes off, then you got the MAIN JET and SLOW JET. unscrew those out. Take CARB CLEANER AND SQUIRT IT TIL THE HOLE IS CLEAR OF trash. Or blow it out with air compressor hose. SCREW IT BACK IN, put the float bowl back on the proper way.. if you dont put the float bowl back on right... the bike wont start up and idle right. make sure u get it on right, then put the bottom back on and put the carb back in..

So, I still haven't gotten this running. I still have yet to get a title also. Can anyone run a VIN check on this for me?
