I hate them too and they shouldn't be there as I have them filtered.
We need to get a few local businesses to sponsor and have their ads instead of the Google stuff. If anyone knows a few shops they could recommend I can give you commission for the lead. It's $25 - $30/month depending on how many months.

why are you guys not using fire fox with ad block? I feel sorry for people using IE. IE is gay and therefore that makes you gay too....
But for real, just download fire fox. You wont believe you used to actually use anything different. Its great in every way and I rarely ever see ads on any site.

i use firefox at home but I'm mostly on here at work so IE it is... you can always just turn off the speakers too ya know...

I downloaded Adblocker for Firefox and never had a single problem.
I just got one too, very annoying. I always mute my speakers at work, today I didn't and its the ads that load at the bottom. Something stupid about a gift. I am just going to nuke that entire ad network for now.

im still getting them...firefox wont let me block the flash ones that talk...all it gives me are the adobe flash settings bullshit.
