I found a 30mm 12 point shallow that worked, but thanks anyways.
So.......lots done today
Cleaned up the downpipe with a wire wheel
Drilled, taped and threaded the drain bung into the oil pan
The damed nut that held me up for 2 days:
Got the axle loose
and out of the way
got the old header and heat shield out
crimped the water lines going to the heater core and put on new lines that will cool the turbo
turbo and manifold prepped and ready to install, I had a hell of a time getting the whole unit up
past the cross members, I actually ended up taking the wastegate actuator off to get it in.
removed the old studs, the heads were all rounded so I had to use a vice grips, put in the
new APR studs and the new gasket, then slid the turbo manifold on and bolted everything down.
then hooked up the water inlet and out and put the actuator back on
put the K&N on
Got the downpipe installed with the wideband sensor and the stock sensor
got the cat installed temporarily until it can be welded in, it's hanging off safety
wires right now, also reinstalled the stock o2 sensors
installed the hot side of the ic piping
hooray for t-bolts.....worm gear clamps FTL
intercooler plumbed in, still need to get the brackets on it
cold side of the ic piping and the bov
cold side with the MAF up to the throttle body
It feels good to make progress, but I'm tired now, Tiffany just got pizza, so it's time to relax and watch a movie.
