Johnny - who did you use for your body work and paint??

i didnt really do any body work but a guy name Red in Murfreesboro painted it. He also painted Brent's engine bay, not sure if he sprayed Brent's exterior. He was sick awhile back and when i talked to him 6 wks or so ago he will still recouping.

Bradshaw painted Vins car and it looks good but i think they are pricey and you seen what kind of work Milon's painter can do but again that's money.

Yeah, I understand that aspect. I am more than likely going to have a buddy of Spike's prep and paint the thing. We will see.

Amount of money spent for the restore may seem like a lot, Chris but it'll definitely come out how you wanted. Wish I had an extra 7500 for resto work at the moment

Whelp, this thing's about finished at the body shop. Looks really nice.

Updates soon, when I get it back home. I'm having some custom interior panels cut out of aluminum sheeting for the doors, etc. so it should have a really neat look to it when they're finished.

It's black - not blue anymore. The only hold up right now is just waiting for some other parts, then I can get it back to the house, start disassembly of the suspension/brakes/front end, put the other junk that I've got back on it, put the interior in, and drive the thing.

Next year or sometime after I'm going to cut the thing up and make a drag car out of it.

Wow, haven't been on since November...

Adam - the car is back at my house. In picking it up yesterday, I had aimed to do the interior first, then put it on stands and do the suspension/brakes/steering. It looks great, very "bruiser/outlaw", so I'm please. I'll post pictures in the next few days when I can get it outside.
