i dont belive it would work. you would need a 96-2000 core support and even then youd have an issue with a body line being in your 96-2000 fenders and not in your 92-92 body
you need the core support and both seat of fenders fitted to each other for it to work
first off. there is no such thing as a 96 si. and the 99-00 fenders are different than the 96-98 fenders. why dont you just do an integra front?

I've seen that done on yellow hatch before, not bad looking, but prolly hard to get use to seeing. Guy said all he did was fit the two set of fenders together in the middle of the wheelwell and bolted em right up with the integra front. :)
Rarely will a front end conversion ever look decent on a Honda. Leave it, add a lip or something you want it to look better.
i saw a 92-95 civic with a jdm integra front end conversion on honda tech.. it looked clean as hell but dude put alot of money in that car
I agree with the conversion not looking decent. I'd say go for that, but who doesn't have a front lip nowadays. Too common.
It sure is common, because 92-95 Civic front ends belong on 92-95 Civics. The only thing I've seen that looks even remotely decent is 92-95 Civic front ends on Del Sols. They're so similar in build is why, I believe.

JDM Integra front ends are a bad idea, the lines of the fenders are completely different, so it'll be alot of fab work and it won't match the fenders in the rear.
x2 I agree. I'm talkin about the lip though. I mean they all look great, but somebody has to come up with something different sooner or later ;)
here is the link to the civic on h-t i was talkin about

Wow, looks nice and clean! I have to so say tho, it looks like an accord coupe with civic taillights, lol.
well ive always liked the way the bumper meets the hood on like 99 civics.. and i thought the body was somewhat similar so i wondered if i could just switch the panels nd what not.. but i figured id have to replace the coresupport also
so is this not a good idea cuz it wont work right of is it a bad idea cuz a lot of ppl dont like it?..
I would have to say because the work involved. I like the 99-00 si's front end as well, but if I wanted that front end, I would just find an si or go get 96-00 ex to do the conversion on.
Yes, its easy to do. You buy the 99-00 front end and core support and you have everything you need.

Will it look good? No the front end is way to big for an EG, but that wasn't what you were asking.

As far as that link posted above, the car looks to be done properly, but it still looks slightly disproportionate to me. Also, I can't tell, but above the rear fenders there should be a flat spot with a visible line going around the rears. Alot of times, the front will be smooth like the Integras, without that line. I know, not a big deal, but it'd bother me if it were my car.
i got a si front end for sell if you want it would be great to get the mods done before you cut up new shit. lmk
i think it looks pretty good on a hatch
one of my brothers friends has that conversion on his hatch

what all do u have?
i saw a riced out car who did this to their eg hatch. and let me just say. it looks like crap. the headlights are soo out of place and dont go with the body lines...

this is the only conversion i'd ever do to a civic. and it'd have to be a hatch as well.
