Sexyyy I have always wanted to get a 97+ model, but kinda have to keep my car :D
Most of the NSX guys either want to upgrade to the 02+ style or keep it raw with the 91-94 cars. Still, the 6 speed is very tempting.

Very hot. Do many people do those Scienceofspeed.com NA builds?
I know several people who have.

A few guys are straight purists with the NSX, and some do everything to their car ( ie. supercharge, twin turbo, NA build ). I fall more toward the purist side.

The most popular setup ( NA ) is Science of Speed's 3.5L stroker kit build. They make a 3.8L displacement motor as well.

I know right? I'm like the king of Hondas but a turbo'd Civic could probably best me.

After saving a little cash and a military loan later, I acquired the car.

Give me a time, date, and place and I'm there.

Always happy to show off the car. Very few people have even seen one, much less walk around, look under the hatch, and ride in one.

Looks good man. See my post to you in the Fast and Furious 4 thread.

Also, I'm at UT for school, so we're going to have to meet up sometime soon and chill. You had also better be coming to the Tail of the Dragon run Oct. 4-5

Responded.

I drive the car on sunny days and usually vary where I park.

One of the first cars I ever wanted ( along with a Pearl White 300ZXTT ) was a green ( cobalt?) 240SX, so I'd love to meet up and chill.
I think back on NSXPrime I remember talking to you about driving my Z up through the Dragon with a bunch of NSXs and saying how crazy of a ride it was.

Clinton Hwy meet? I have not heard of these. I went to Foothill Cruise In this past Friday.

What's it about? Can you pull up a Google map with the location? Time?

Sounds intriguing. I'm game.

Is there an intersection closeby?

Whats the power potential of the science of speed stroker?
I believe they have a rundown of what the NA builds entail and their power outputs on the site.

I think their top grade motor makes somewhere in the neighborhood of 340whp or 365whp. I'm not sure. Both seem relatively low gain for the cost involved.

Basically, the moral of the story is that you either better like the NSX out of the box, or have deep pockets if you want to extensively modify.

very nice. nsx-r (?) wheels make it look much better
It's just an NSX coupe. The only special model offered in the US was the Zanardi, which was a mild Type S.

The wheels are from a 1998 NSX which had that style of wheel from 94-01 and that specific color ( machined silver ) from 97-01.
I still have the 91 OEMs. I plan on tracking the car and using the smaller lighter wheels.

I've found where the Clinton Hwy meets happen. I'll be there.
