The government hasn't distributed anything yet I don't believe.
People just realize that either way they are in a bind. We're going to hit this head on either way - unfortunately, we did it the way that not only is going to ruin our credit market and cause problems all over Wall Street, but we also ruined the value of the dollar as well, or are in the process of ruining it, and our giving our government way too much access into things that they have no business in.
