does any one know what those silver boxes that have a little blue light that blinks on it does?
i mean i think its a camera but is it like a speed camera or what?

do they have another pole behind it that has 2 lights up high?? here in the boro there are boxes with the cameras in them that catch ppl that run red lights... ive never seen the boxes you guys are talking about but i thought id make a sugestion.. lol
