So i sold a phone using ebay and paypal a little while ago , and now it says i owe 17 dollars. This was like a month ago that i sold this. It says i owe invoice. anyone know what it means?

That's what ebay charged you to list an item for sale.

eBay charges you to list and I think they also take a percentage of the sale; I can't remember, but yeah, you gotta pay.

Ebay will charge you for posting then paypal will charge you to take the money out and put in your account

That kind of sucks. I sold a phone for 205 a couple weeks back and they took an extra 17 from me on top of what ebay charged me to list it. I would'nt have done that and taken it to a cell phone place down the road if i would have known it was going to cost me 20 to sell it. I knew it wouldnt be free , but was expecting maybe 10 bucks..

Paypal gets 3% of what you get. Now when i sell stuff and collect thru paypal i try to just leave it in paypal because i know ill use it, that is unless i need it. They dont charge you if you leave it in there
