I'm having a fuel pressure problem, the car runs but I can't get any fuel pressure at the fuel rail. I have a AEM EMS but the car doesn't start with it connected (i can connect to it) but it runs with the stock ecu but when i give it some gas the car dies. I've had the fuel injectors (low impedence 680cc) cleaned and flow tested and they are fine. I've also replaced the fuel pump (a new walbro and stock), fuel filter/strainer blew the fuel lines out (feed and return lines) I've also checked all of the fuses and changed the battery and checked the fuel pump assembly hose routing but I still don't have any fuel pressure. Any ideas what could be wrong?

have you checked to make sure fuel is making it even right before the rail stephen?
i haven't checked the side that the fuel line comes directly off of the fuel pump because it uses a different kind of fitting (bandjo bolt) so i can only check it at the end of the fuel rail. I know I have to be getting some kind of pressure for the car to be able to idle as rough as it does but not enough for it to move the fuel pressure gauge past 0 psi.

anything can break so theres always a possibility and i did a quick search and couldn't find anything on the resistor boxes besides a replacement for 200 bucks. you could talk to andy he may know

true. have you taken the rail off and tried to clean it? and i wouldnt think the resistors would have gotten messed up from the ordeal, but you never know.

I'd bet money on a resistor, driver, etc... on the system, honestly.
