I've read that this has been done by members of this forum before but none of the information in the almost 10 year old thread is worth anything today :tear:

I'm considering buying a rust free shell from someone who was sold a car that is otherwise trash. The title she was given by the seller isn't any good to her because it was signed by the seller in the buyer field and now that the seller knows that she knows the car is worth far less than what he took from her he isn't responding.

Does anyone here have the names of companies that can do this for me? Anyone that has done this and has had a good experience with a company that is still in business?

If they don't have a title, they must apply for a new title by completing a Duplicate Title Application (Form RV-F1321801). For more information on transferring title information, read the DMV Guide to Title Transfer in Tennessee.
