It definitely feels faster than FF3 to me. The layout is very simple and clean. Not really concerned about the theme colors, etc. I have FF3 and I'll keep using it when I need to, like for the Web Developer Toolkit and little things like that. But for simple browsing, this thing is fast! And you can turn it to browse in incognito mode. Thats -great- for people like me that browse at work when they aren't supposed to.

I'll never have to worry if I forgot to delete my history, or if I remember to run cccleaner again.

Chrome is ok but everything you can do in Chrome you can do in FF3. I couldn't live without Firebug or the Web Developer Toolbar. I don't know if you've seen this before:

If something crashes, it only crashes that tab. Each tab has its own process, not everything bunched up into a single process such as in other browsers.

Hit Shift+Esc, its gives you a process manager where you can see how much CPU each is taking in real time, etc. Cool shit.

Seems much faster when you have multiple tabs open in comparison to anything else I've ever used.

And because each tab is a seperate process, it can utilize multiple cores.

I don't care what anyone says, this is so much noticeably faster on my PC than FF3. I've been playing with it all night and the difference is definitely there. Try using anything with lots of javascript.. its insane.

Bumping an old ass thread.

Just installed Google chrome. Still getting used to it though so far i am liking it. I'm having a hard time with URL's being used on everything. I think more people should use it being it has a word checker installed. could help out a bit with a few select people on here.

I've been using it since it came out. It's much quicker than both IE AND FireFox. they are constantly adding new features to it as well. I never use IE....too slow and even the IE Silver kinda sucks.
Best internet browser IMO.

I've have IE, Chrome, Safari and Firefox on my laptop, but I always find myself still using Firefox. Chrome would be what I'd use out of the other 3.

I could never get firfox working right on my old laptop. It seemed to slow mine down and asked me a million questions. I come to the internet to search now get asked 1001 ?'s lol.

I use Chrome and I.Exploxer and they both work good to me chrome is a little better in my opinion.

I believe Chrome is the best out by far, however if you want to look "behind the scenes" on certain pages, you need firefox to use the "basic theme" feature. That's the only reason I use it.
