I was wondering if there was a way to find/track someone through their cell phone number, one of my very good friends got ripped off by someone on craigslist and is trying to contact the seller but the seller keeps avoiding his call. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More details? Maybe someone on here knows the scammer, or recognizes the number?
The guy lives in Lavergne and I think his name is James his email address is [email protected] and his phone number is (615) 423-0354

it was a xbox 360 game and let me know if you can help me out, I'm tried of all of these scammers around here. I believe he drove a white Jeep Grand Cherokee
