i have a 96 integra gsr and my 3rd gears syncro grinds does anyone know how to rebuild a tranny if so what would be the damage and how long would it take for you to do it

Probably doesn't need synchros. More than likely needs the hub/slider. 200 for that, I have it in stock. If by some wild chance it only needs synchros, they're 60/piece for carbon-moly.
i'd trust aquafina for my tranny rebuilds if i ever subbed out the work. he knows his stuff when it comes to transmissions.
