why don't you just renew the subscription to the expensive ass anti-virus software you bought?or you can just download a free anti virus software like AVG. That's what i recommend to people/clients/customers who don't want to pay for the software and it works pretty good. btw just having the anti virus program doesn't do you any good if you don't perform a scan at least once a week to make sure any of your files aren't infected. Also updating your computer helps keep this stuff from happening too.

here is the link.

lol damn dude which OS (operating system) do you have? if you have windows just click on start go to control panel and click on add/remove programs and find the program you want to remove and click remove. your best bet would be to find someone who is close to you that is good with computers to help you out at your place.

i would recommend you to take it to your local professional computer shop/place because I can't give you good enough tech supposed over the internet to know exactly what you're doing. I can tell you to do something but you can go off and do something else that can cause more problems to your computer. If you were closer to me I would fix it for you, but for a price because it's my job. I wish I could be of more help to you but all I can do from here is just give you tips and advice. Good luck with getting it fixed.
