why don't you just renew the subscription to the expensive ass anti-virus software you bought?or you can just download a free anti virus software like AVG. That's what i recommend to people/clients/customers who don't want to pay for the software and it works pretty good. btw just having the anti virus program doesn't do you any good if you don't perform a scan at least once a week to make sure any of your files aren't infected. Also updating your computer helps keep this stuff from happening too.

here is the link.

oh ok i was just making sure you did that because you have no idea how many people have the software but dont set it up to do a scan at all. but download that program i linked you to and let me know how it goes.
it still has the first antivirus it came with(its on the computer but not active) and i still have defender pro which is not active now...how do i get them off the computer completely cause i couldnt figure it out?....and i just set it on automatic scan cause it said it was recomended....but honestly i know nothing about computers....its like a monkey that has down sydrome!!!!!

lol damn dude which OS (operating system) do you have? if you have windows just click on start go to control panel and click on add/remove programs and find the program you want to remove and click remove. your best bet would be to find someone who is close to you that is good with computers to help you out at your place.
im running windows xp...and ive found the big source of my problem its called antivirus xp o8....i updated my computer yesterday and this shit got in my computer and i cant remove it with the control panel....everytime i click remove it says there's an error but i removed something else that i didnt need and it removed it fine....and now it wont let me go into my task manager and if i let the computer go into stand by mode it will restart my computer into some wierd mode where it just restarts over and over...and the only way to stop it is to turn it off manually...what do i do?

If ya live close enough, you could swing it by my place I can have it fixed and rarin to go in no time

Yeah, just remove any remnants of other anti-virus and anti-spyware/adware programs and install AVG Free Edition 8.0, Lavasoft Ad-Aware 2008 Free, and Spybot Search & Destroy. Run FULL scans with each. Make sure each is up to date before running them. If it still doesn't run straight afterwords, you may need to do a full format and reinstall of Windows. You need to back up any files you want to keep and get to it.
thanks techy....man your talking giberish to me....i dont know a word u just said exept yeah...

i would recommend you to take it to your local professional computer shop/place because I can't give you good enough tech supposed over the internet to know exactly what you're doing. I can tell you to do something but you can go off and do something else that can cause more problems to your computer. If you were closer to me I would fix it for you, but for a price because it's my job. I wish I could be of more help to you but all I can do from here is just give you tips and advice. Good luck with getting it fixed.
thanks....i think im gonna let someone else do it cause like u said ill probably fuck it up....plus i was looking in the files and there are multiple antiviruses that werent deleted before i got it...and i dont know what the fuck im dealing with....
