Yes, they have ******** in Japan, but they don't really act the part. My friend Diuichi (spelling is wrong), was like that - an engineer, and a really smart guy, but grew marijuana in his house, and was really into Americana. He lived in Nara, which is a ******* offshoot of Osaka, about 30 minutes by Greenline from the city.
The term "*******" doesn't exist over there, but a generalization of "lower quality" is used to describe people such as this. Drifters, car-people, tuners, etc... are in this category. All of the videos you see of people doing wangan blasts, parking lot stunts, and drifting - they're considered "undesirables". Bosozuko are an entirely different version of this, though, as they're just considered a general annoyance, and punks.
