Driveshaft shop in Nashville. They built the custom 3" driveshaft for my turbo 13B 1st gen rx7.

I guess do what i just said i really hate doing lol
Ill look into clinards. Cause i definitely dont have the machinery for that.
I can balance the rotor system & drive shafts on a helicopter does that count? lol

So how are you balancing the driveshaft?
Clinard's doesn't balance anyway. They use heat and quench method. Old school! Anyone with a lathe, a torch, some water, compressed air and a dial indicator can do it.... No but seriously it's old school skill. A dying art.

Messed around with it today & got it to run & idle a crap ton better.
It doesn't shake half as bad. Now thats out of the way i still need to pull the swap out & allso mount the seats before i can take here for a test drive... cant wait.

One of my Mounts is brand new & the other is pretty old & worn, I might experiment with some stiffer mounts later.

Today We pulled the swap back out & installed the reverse & speed sensor,stuffed her back in, & put everything back together again.


After I got her Together I drove her back & forth in the driveway for a few min's to make sure everything was working right (got alot of funny Looks) & then Drove her down the street & back.
Didnt go very fast since i still dont have brakes besides for the ebrake & the seat isnt mounted.


One step at a time.
