Main ingredient...Cocaine. I gotta have it atleast once a week. I have ate at just about all the sushi joints
in town but by far Sonobana on White bridge rd. West Nashvile is the best and the most fresh. Hated it when I first tried it
but now I need a hit all the time. I usually eat there but got take out. :thumbup: :thumbup:

I too loves the sushi. I need to eat more of it. Its been to long. I really like sapparo in rivergate and then Ru sans is really good also.. Yummy

Set it up for this saturday afternoon. JDM sushi meet. Somewhere downtown thats good that has room for alot of peeps. Maybe Ken's sushi bar or Sushi obi.. Im there for sure..

sushi in Japan doesn't taste too much different... every sushi chef differs though... not all use the same recipe for preparing the rice and other things.

I wish that I could do this Tuesday, or even Saturday, but unfortunately I have to prepare to leave at 4:00am on Wednesday morning, so I can't do anything after work on Tuesday, and I'll be out of town on Saturday. If you all do it, and it works out well, I'd love to meet up on Tuesday or Saturday in the future.

I see lots of Tennspeeders luvz the sushi.....I can set up a time with Jerry the manager at Sonobana (used to be Benkay)
