Alright guys so i know everyone on here has always talked crap about my Volks being abused or garbage. Well first off i would just like to say to those people, go buy more rotas and STFU. Now on to better things...

So i have been dealing with the contractor's insurance company in order to replace my bent TE and things haven't been going well. They will NOT budge with offering me 50% of the cost to replace the wheel. They keep arguing that they dont have proof it happened on their job site. SO... i decided to look around to see about getting the bend fixed and stumbled upon a new wheel retailer here in Murfreesboro called, WHEEL WORKZ. I spoke with the guys up there and figured out that they can fix the bend, but cant guarentee the paint to match. I also stopped by PowderPro and spoke with them about having the wheels powdercoated. Some of you may know Zong had his blue Enkei's done there at PowderPro so you know they do a pretty damn good job.

This is where i am stuck. I cant decide what i want to do with the wheels. I have many options as far as paint, powdercoating, and refinishing. I'm sure most of you know what the wheels look like as they are, but here a pic of them on the car to help out with the opinions and some pics of the colors too.

i think the lip should be polished ... as far as the centers, dont go with a harsh color like blue or teal or anything - i would re do them white/black/gold - so i voted other
car staying black paul?
Please don't polish the lip. They will just look like LE37s if you do.

If you like green, consider the Takata green color.

If the car stays black, I would consider pcing it Black w/a deep blue lug and blue/white emblems like so

or the fully polished TE's look really good. I've only seen it done once though on this Z, but it looks sick...

That's why I postd up pics of that Z. They look soooo good. lol. The Takata green looks really good on a black car too. Let me pull that up. (Sorry these are all on Nissans, lol, but you get the picture).

TEAL FTW paul we already decided this shit haha teal on black would fuckin pop crazy like or some candy ass red would be baller
those TEs arent polished, they have the super black coat type finish. You should shock the world and run a polished lip with red spokes
FULLY POLISHED TE37S SO YOU CAN HAVE SUM BLING BLING

Alright guys well i think it has come down to polished/chrome and the candy teal for me. I've seen too many takata green wheels and i'm not too fond on them. I like the teal cause you dont see it often at all and looks pretty badass! And the polished/chrome cause......

ITS FUCKIN BALLIN OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Or if i really wanna be baller...

ROFL so says the guy with the same model car in similar condition! Just without the nice wheels :p

I like polished, just keep up with it or they'll look like shit. Polished wheels ftw! Just keep 'em that way, lots of work!

Thanks Vent. But if i do go with the polished/chrome look, i will have it powdercoated instead cause i dont want the hastle of polishing them every month and if something happens to them, they may chip instead of nicking away from the wheel itself. PowderPro supposedly has a 2 step finish that mimics chrome very well with the copper/nickel plating sorta thing. But i think i wanna go more towards the finish that 350Z has with a more black/gunmetal chrome finish.

Oh and just so the douchebags know, the car will hopefully be getting painted before winter!!! So eat shit FagoDan.
fully polished FTFMW lol but you my take on it already
Well thats really awesome, I wasn't aware of the different finishes and such, I've never had anything powdercoated. If thats the case I say go for it!
polish them extra sexy
sounds to me like you are tired of the wheels cause u are gunna come out spending way more then half the price of just another wheel to match the other three
