i think the lip should be polished ... as far as the centers, dont go with a harsh color like blue or teal or anything - i would re do them white/black/gold - so i voted other

Thanks Vent. But if i do go with the polished/chrome look, i will have it powdercoated instead cause i dont want the hastle of polishing them every month and if something happens to them, they may chip instead of nicking away from the wheel itself. PowderPro supposedly has a 2 step finish that mimics chrome very well with the copper/nickel plating sorta thing.
