I just went and had my rotors turned, all that was removed was the caliper and the caliper bracket. Now, I have absolutely no brake pedal at all unless I pump it. I'm good on fluid as well. I don't know where to begin looking either. Any ideas?

did the caliper return smoothly when you compressed it ,if not you may have damaged the ring seals in the caliper I know my mazda you have to turn the rear pistons to relod them in the caliper, I forced one and had to rebuild it.
