Quick SR question
My dad just bought an SR20'd S14 we're gonna need to change the oil on it very soon, but we arent sure what weight oil, and filter to use with it. Sadly, this is one of the only things i cant seem to find lol.

i have 3 oem s14 sr oil filter ill give you one just pm me..
Use 10w-30 and up. Run anywhere between 10w30 and 20w50 depending on weather. Right now I'm using 10w40. Id say 5w30 might be a bit too thin for the summer months...although, I doubt it would really hurt anything.
And get a filter off of a 90's model 2L sentra sr20de as stated above.

background info on spoolie...i owned my own havoline express lube for 3.5 yrs. i know alot about oil/filters.

Right, I wasn't questioning that. Most Nissans around that age use the same oil filter, IIRC.spoolie said:still the same filter...

Stock bearing clearance I wouldn't use more the 10-40, stock oil is 5W-30.

nissan loves to use the same filters on everything, i worked at valoline and my rb takes the same filter as a z32
