Use 10w-30 and up. Run anywhere between 10w30 and 20w50 depending on weather. Right now I'm using 10w40. Id say 5w30 might be a bit too thin for the summer months...although, I doubt it would really hurt anything.

And get a filter off of a 90's model 2L sentra sr20de as stated above.
