Just traded the S13 and going in a week or so to pick up a S14 SE only problem its an automatic, I have a trans and flywheel. What I am getting at is does anyone have a S14 manual parts car or just all the random crap I need for the swap. Thought I'd hit up the forum before I have to go scavenger hunting at salvage yards.
Parts needed include:
1.S14 KA24DE Manual ECU
2.Brake Pedal Assembly(manual of course)
3.Clutch Pedal Assembly, Clutch Master and Slave cylinder, and clutch lines.
4.S14 Manual Trans Drive shaft
5.Manual Trans mounting plate

I am probably forgetting some misc. parts, I've done this swap before a few years back. Hell I'd even take another trans my spare has been out in the weather under a tarp, probably fubar.

You really dont need the 5 speed ecu

Yeah I know lol. The S13 I converted, I ran an auto ecu in it just fine, I noticed maybe a slight torque difference between the two, the auto ecu being more torque and the manual slightly more top end at least by the seat of my pants.

you will also need bellhousing bolts.

everyone seems to forget those.

buy the slave and master new from a parts store, they really aren't that expensive new.

Yeah true, I've looking at all my options. I had an entire blown motor car for my last conversion it went great cause everything I needed was five feet away beside me on jack stands lol. Just figured I'd take a stab see if any one was sitting on a viable donor car.

save your money and just use the stock ecu i just used the auto ecu when i did mine on my s14.. i got the engine to tranny plate just pm me if you want it..
