Yoshi's Cressida

Das right. As some of you may know our fearless leader, the head baconator himself, hath bequeathed unto me the Cressida of Doom or something like that. I finally have some parts for it and am working on it so I figured I would post pics. The car has a blown head gasket and is leaking oil. I am trying to replace all gaskets and hopefully get it running properly.

Let the removal of lots of shit begin:

Intake and misc throttle bits and pieces

Radiator out

Upper intake manifold

Got the wiring harness out of the way

Lower intake manifold off

Since time ran out and I had to go into work I put everything in the trunk

That was all for today. I may do more tomorrow if I get a chance if not I will do a lot on sunday.

All that is left to do the head gasket is to take off the exhaust manifold, valve covers, cams and head bolts. But I am also planning on changing a few things while they are easy to get to.

The plans for it right now are to get it running and have a daily while I park the 240 and work on it. I plan on having fun with the car none the less. One of these days I want to take it to a drift event and make a fool of myself lol. Its automatic and open diff XD. I would like to get an lsd and five speed swap or a 7mgte would be even better.

And yes Yoshi can have 4 doors (^_^)

I have drifted it once into James old apartment complex lol

$40? I'd love to have them out of the way. All my current cars are 4-bolt, so they're not doing me any good. One of the tires is bald, but the others have decent tread.
